Presenting an exploration of transcendental electro and techno. Ascendi showcases Nali's typically textured sound with each track conjuring a different cosmic theme.“With special thanks to the Sydney Street Boys."creditsreleased March 27, 2018
Carlo Troja aka Don Carlos was active during Italy's golden days, the years that saw the likes of Beppe Loda and the rest of the 'cosmic' crew pave the way for what was to then become house music as we know it in Europe. Although he was an influential DJ as far back as the 1970s, Troja only released his first EP in 1991, the beautiful Alone that is reissued here with the help of Groovin
To celebrate their 10th vinyl release, Normandy-based French label Organic enrols the help of young Parisian producer Flabaire who has given us some stunning tracks on the DKO label (and is one of the main men there) and a member of the Secret Value Orchestra. These 3 tracks are absolutely stunning ; the A1 'About Myself' gives us 9 minutes of atmospheric bliss, 909 style, with acid undertones. On the flip, the B1 'Kemia Fever' is slammin'funky house with a twist and a definite french flavour. last up is 'Morning Lights' another classy 808 cut.
